Louis Ciolfi, owner and chef, learned his trade with his parents, who ran La Fleur de Lys, an institution in Metz. He then moved on to La Cadière d'Azur in Bandol, René Bouvarel's in the Vercors, Gagnaire's in London and finally L'Arnsbourg. He cooks classic, high-quality products in creative new recipes. Un fantastique menu surprise de niveau étoilé. De plus un service parfait. C'était une très belle soirée. Merci beaucoup pour cela.

Très bon restaurant, mets excellents fins et raffinés. A conseiller. Seul bémol trop d'attente entre les différents plats. A noter que le chef est seul en cuisine et la patronne en salle. Ceci explique cela. On reviendra.
