On the road surrounded by perched villages overlooking the Gulf of Valinco, the view is magnificent and the colors shimmering. Well known by locals and tourists, the restaurant Chez Charlot is located on the village square next to the church. It is "the" traditional Corsican restaurant, with the mother at the helm of the kitchen and the typical flavors of the stews in the generous plates. The terrace offers a magnificent and shaded view, and it is very difficult to find a better quality/price ratio. Warm and authentic welcome, everything for a pleasant moment!

Allant dans ce restaurant à chaque venue en Corse, nous constatons malheureusement que la qualité et présentation des plats traditionnels ne sont plus comme avant. Peut-être victime de son succès et du départ de la « mamie » cuisinière … Le service est quant à lui toujours excellent et très chaleureux.

Repas typique, cuisine familiale service efficace et le plus "plus" la terrasse ombragée et la vue de ouf sur Propriano. L'essayer c'est y revenir... Pour nous 3 visites et pas de changement

La cuisine y est très bonne. Le menu à 29€ est une excellente formule si l'on veut se tester à la cuisine Corse.

Le plus, s'il fait beau, n'hésitez pas à manger sur la terrasse ???????? Surtout le soir, vous profiterez d'un très beau couché de soleil.
