Corisca or rustic salads served on the terrace or in the air-conditioned room in Vico.

Beautiful location for the table of Ange Orsini who holds this family business on the pretty square of the bishop Casanelli, in the heart of the village. The menu offers something for every appetite, served either on the terrace or in the air-conditioned dining room. For lunch: the Corisca or rustic salad formulas and for dinner, the "Corsican" hamburger in the Piazza style, the grilled homemade beef brochettes, the carbonara-style penne with lonzu and a small homemade chestnut flour fondant. Good small dishes of the day and suggestions based on local products (skewer of Corsican veal, grilled ribs with panzetta, cannelloni with broccio.... and the musical evenings on Thursday to enjoy under the glance of the bishop. Bar and ice cream parlour at all hours with the kindness and welcome as a bonus. Special mention for the PDO pork meats of the region and the organic Corsican meat.
