Une charmante adresse familiale , mini-villa confortable (Résidence U Pirellu) , place de parking et une terrasse agréable avec vue mer. Les parties communes sont bien entretenues , belle piscine à débordement et petit parc (mini-golf).

Résidence testée en mai 2015 avec 2 jeunes enfants.
Logement de qualité, vue à couper le souffle. Piscine chauffée.
Jardin avec mini-golf ombragé, très appréciable pour terminer la journée (prêt gratuit de clubs et balles pour les résidents).
A déconseiller aux personnes à mobilité réduite, très pentu.
