U Caspiu, a pretty straw hut on a secluded sandy beach, is reached after a road that winds downhill for just over two kilometers. Here, you can enjoy a drink, an ice cream or a snack, or a meal featuring fish from the Gulf of Porto: capon, corb, sar, sea bream, denti... Meat is sourced exclusively from local producers (lamb and veal). Traditional Corsican charcuterie, of course. Shaded terrace, a few tables on the sand and even deckchairs for digestion.
