FOIRE DE LA CHÂTAIGNE

Every winter since 1982, the traditional Fiera di a Castagna is held in Bocognano. For three days the chestnut, in all its forms, is in the spotlight: PDO flour, jam, biscuits, marrons glacés... The event also offers a beautiful glimpse of Corsican gastronomy: beers, cheeses, olive oil, leather goods, pottery, cutlery... In total, between 150 and 200 exhibitors are present. Numerous animations are also planned, such as projections, workshops for children, concerts... A must!
