In the heart of the village of Bocognano, the Auberge A Tanedda offers a sincere cuisine as one likes to taste it at the end of a beautiful hike in the mountains. Whether you are a hiker or not, you will appreciate the warm welcome and the authentic Corsican cuisine: omelette with brocciu, Corsican soup, roast or sautéed veal, canelloni with brocciu and traditional and delicious desserts such as the tiramisu with chestnuts which is unanimously appreciated. A very quiet place with a panoramic view on the mountains make this place a marvel!

Plusieurs repas pris dans cette auberge, repas très généreux et fait maison. Personnel accueillant. Très heureux d’avoir trouvé cet endroit au cœur du village

Je suis venu un soir dans ce restaurant au vu de très bons avis sur internet et ai été très déçu. Repas corse très copieux mais sans originalité, charcuterie très grasse, roti de veau pommes de terre, dessert ordinaire. La plus grande déception a été sur le vin : nous avons commandé une bouteille de vin rouge corse. On nous l'a amenée débouchée, sortant du frigo (!!!), sans nous la faire goûter. A la dégustation, ce vin était bouchonné. Cette bouteille avait certainement été refusée par un précédent client et on nous l'a refilée. Nous n'avons pas osé réclamer mais nous aurions dû
