Located in the heart of Ajaccio's old town, Le Directoire is a chic, modern establishment, designed by an architect in wood and elegance, where Jean-Philippe and his team welcome you with care. Two dining rooms, high and low tables, a glass-fronted kitchen and a refined, delicate menu featuring cuisine inspired by the four corners of the world but sourced from the best producers in the micro-region: charcuterie, Corsican ham, falafel, hummus, gyozas, swordfish or veal tartare, filet de boeuf Rossini... a lovely, cosy place where Ajaccians feel right at home.

Internet nous a mis sur le chemin de ce petit restaurant ajaccien et nous ne sommes vraiment pas déçus ! Plats délicieux (petit plus pour la sauce du mi-cuit de veau et l'os à moelle), serveurs agréables et attentifs, cadre très sympa... nous recommandons !
