Located in the heart of Ajaccio's old town, Le Directoire is a chic, modern establishment, designed by an architect in wood and elegance, where Jean-Philippe and his team welcome you with care. Two dining rooms, high and low tables, a glass-fronted kitchen and a refined, delicate menu featuring cuisine inspired by the four corners of the world but sourced from the best producers in the micro-region: charcuterie, Corsican ham, falafel, hummus, gyozas, swordfish or veal tartare, filet de boeuf Rossini... a lovely, cosy place where Ajaccians feel right at home.

Nous sommes venus manger ce soir, le cadre est très sympa, ambiance intimiste et le service rien à dire, les serveurs ainsi que le patron sont très attentifs et d’une très grande sympathie. Pour les plats, que dire d’autres à part que c’était excellent et que nous reviendrons à l’avenir ! Merci pour ce moment.

Charmant petit restaurant dans une petite ruelle. Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique.
La nourriture est excellente mais, comme dans d'autres restaurants de la ville, elle n'est pas bon marché.

La sauce "au poivre" est la meilleure sauce qui soit.

Même pour un lundi soir, il y avait pas mal de monde.

Surtout ne loupez pas ce restaurant à Ajaccio ! Tous y est délicieux et servis avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un excellent moment gustatif. Merci.
