A beautiful location facing the kindergarten, boulevard du Roi Jérôme, for this restaurant taken over by Manu for the fourth year. For the past four years, this native Sartenais has been able to win over a loyal clientele with a warm and attentive welcome as well as a cuisine based on slate, changing and based on traditional dishes revisited: Caesar or avocado salad with shrimps, classic or Corsican burger, whole sea bass or roasted salmon, homemade white butter and purée as well as sautéed veal, grilled or Milanese escalope and even vegan gnochetti. A menu of a dozen pizza recipes, not to mention a fine selection of desserts that will certainly catch you through the window. A warm place!

Nous nous sommes rendus dans ce restaurant après l’avoir trouvé sur Google Maps.

Nous y avons mangé à deux reprises.
Les plats sont délicieux, le service au top.

It’s our 10th evening in Corsica - we had the most enjoyable dinner since we arrived. The food was great (my husband had the €28 menu with the veal/olives pasta) and I had the shrimp/smoke salmon avocado salad. Every dish was tasty. But equally important, the service was impeccable. We felt very welcomed. Thank you for a great evening we wish you all the success.
