Brasserie run by Pierre-Paul and Jean-Michel featuring burger recipes (Truffe, Corse, Foie Gras...).

After a great success in Valinco, Pierre-Paul opens a second Brasserie du Burger with Jean-Michel on avenue Noël Franchini in Ajaccio. Here there is no need for a freezer, but rather for a cleaver because the meats are from the butcher, the breads from the baker and the passion for burgers is expressed in the family in the joy of a job well done. On the spot, to take away or in delivery on the big Ajaccio, there are 16 recipes of burgers among which the darlings of the customers as the Truffle, the Corsican (Corsican tome, panzetta, jam of fig) or the Foie Gras. Excellent !!!! Livraison devant la porte et à l'heure ! Qualité des burgers excellentissime ! Je pourrais j'en mangerais tous les jours ! J'ai mis 2 jours à manger mon hamburger tellement que la quantité est monstrueuse! Réchauffé au four le lendemain, une tuerie encore ! Vraiment géniale je recommande à 300%!

Un pur plaisir gustative. Venez vraiment me ventre vide car ils sont vraiment copieux, même monsieur qui est un bon mangeur a eu du mal à le finir son burger.
On sent que c’est tout est frais. Hâte d’y retourner. Petit conseil, prenez les profiteroles en dessert vous ne serez pas déçus
