Opened in April 2016 in the festive street of Ajaccio by chef Romuald Royer (a Michelin star for Le Lido de Propriano), Mani offers a chic and relaxed atmosphere. You will taste the delicious local Abbatucci veal meat available as sausage or as a Romuald style burger with béarnais/muscat/ savora sauce and homemade bread of course! On the sea side, the octopussy burger or the fennel butter umbrella fillet... then the chocolate cream with immortal fleur de sel and olive oil, products combined with passion and talent. The decoration is modern, the service is invigorating and smiling. A good time in perspective!

Cuisine excellente. Le millefeuille d'aubergines confites et brocciu à la menthe est très rafraîchissant et parfait pour une petite faim. Le pain perdu est délicieux.

Recommandé par le lonely planet, finalement très déçu, absence des bocaux inspirés décrits dans le guide…
Le burger est bon mais l’assiette n’est pas généreuse.
La salade César, juste du poulet compressé pané
Le croque monsieur est réalisé avec du fromage industriel (type carré croque emmental)
Une déception culinaire pour cette dernière soirée sur île de beauté.
