Opened in April 2016 in the festive street of Ajaccio by chef Romuald Royer (a Michelin star for Le Lido de Propriano), Mani offers a chic and relaxed atmosphere. You will taste the delicious local Abbatucci veal meat available as sausage or as a Romuald style burger with béarnais/muscat/ savora sauce and homemade bread of course! On the sea side, the octopussy burger or the fennel butter umbrella fillet... then the chocolate cream with immortal fleur de sel and olive oil, products combined with passion and talent. The decoration is modern, the service is invigorating and smiling. A good time in perspective!

Très très bonne cuisine mais service extrêmement long! À oublier si vous avez un impératif… dommage.

Nous étions une table de 10 personnes, avec une commande d un seul plat par convive. Plus d une heure et demi pour être servi…et le patron nous indique clairement que nous n avons pas assez consommé d alcool a son goût… je ne sais pas si il y a un lien entre les deux, mais je ne peux m empêcher de penser que oui… À FUIR!

On mange une cuisine certes sympathique mais bien trop grasse et qui se fait beaucoup attendre. Ambiance sympa quand même.
