Esprit Sushi is a restaurant located in a modern and pleasant setting in Ajaccio. It offers a unique experience of real Japanese sushi with a perfect mix between traditional recipes and surprising associations. In order to keep their sushi as fresh and high quality as possible, their preparations are cooked daily and in small quantities. You can enjoy the classics of Japanese cuisine, such as cabbage salad, vinegared rice, a bowl of mixed vegetables or wakame. For sweets, opt for the Kinder bueno maki pancake, the assortment of 3 iced Mochi or the Nutella banana roll pancake. As for drinks, the establishment offers wine, beer, spirits, coffee and tea. Ma cuisine préféré ? Japonaise ! Il faut reconnaître que ça faisait très très longtemps que je n’avais pas manger quelque chose d’aussi bon .
Une soupe midi ou généralement deux morceaux de tofu se battent en duel , une nouvelle recette que je ne connaissais pas et dont il me tarde d’en reprendre .
Un riz tartare saumon thon où pour la première fois je n’ai pas eu besoins de mettre une goutte de sauce dans le mélange des deux poissons et le riz sont savoureux et bien préparer en amont .
Un sans faute côté culinaire .
Côté endroit , le lieu est beau propre et bien entretenu .
Côté patron : d’une gentillesse extrême . Nous avons au final été reçu comme à la maison , la convivialité est je pense le mot d’ordre de ce restaurant , sans chichi , tout est fluide et facile .
D’une grande sympathie . Il fait autant attention aux plats qu’à sa clientèle .
Cet endroit mérite d’être connu et reconnu .
Allez messieurs dames si vous cherchez un vrai japonais , foncez y vous n’y serez absolument pas déçu !
