An establishment open all year round to the delight of Ajaccians and summer visitors alike. From its huge wooden terrace, the Texas Café in Santa Lina offers a summer panorama of the Gulf of Ajaccio. Tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, nachos and daily specials are the main offerings from chef Pascal, but there are also burgers, paninis, salads and crêpes available all afternoon for all to enjoy.
