The Domaine is nowadays famous for its rare and atypical wines. The family does not practice malolactic fermentation unlike the vast majority of Champagne winemakers. All the wines are aged for at least 4 to 9 years. The range is magnificent and in particular the Cuvée Collection Roger-Constant, a high fashion vintage produced in very limited quantities. Founded in the 1920's, the winery is now run by Eric, his wife Corinne and their son Pierre-Etienne who is the^4th generation.
