The name Forest-Marié is symbolic, illustrating the union of two families: one from Trigny, where Thierry hails from; the other from Écueil, where his wife Gracianne was born. On a daily basis, these passionate independent winegrowers keep a close eye on their vineyard of 86 plots. The variety of their terroirs makes for the richness of the 7 champagnes in their range. A special mention goes to the Cuvée Saint-Crespin, a 100% Pinot Noir Premier Cru that reveals a beautiful aromatic complexity and subtle minerality, the perfect balance between freshness and elegance.
