Maxime Blin and his wife Claire have chosen to develop their eponymous range with passion and authenticity on the family estate in the Trigny terroir. Their vines provide them with grapes of the finest quality, enabling them to craft exceptional wines. Always smiling, these winemakers will be delighted to help you discover their certified organic estate and their 11 cuvées. A particular favorite is Ailes de Psyché, a Blanc de Noirs made from the 2012 harvest and aged for 14 years in our cellars. Winemakers to watch!
