A visit to his new museum will reveal the secrets of making this beverage: hydrolysis, fermentation, distillation, barrel making, maturation... with the added bonus of areas dedicated to the riches of the Montagne de Reims. Then comes a professional tasting to taste the Guillon creations that you can buy in the shop.

Located in Louvois, this family business is now run by two brothers: Franck and Hervé Boever. Attached to their history, their terroir and their roots, the duo energetically cultivate a 5-hectare vineyard located on renowned crus. All our wines are made from the^1st juice called "la cuvée". The range is well thought-out, with 5 champagnes and a ratafia to discover. Our favorite is the Cuvée des Dames de France, with its golden color and amber highlights. This wine, with its lovely ripeness and aromas, is sure to win you over!

After the Esprit du Malt from his Guillon distillery, Thierry Guillon is now launching a beer! Made with the same malt and the same spring water as Guillon, the Zéro des Faux is a fresh and light beer that owes its unique character to the hops grown right here, in the estate less than a kilometer from Les Faux de Verzy. Not to mention a touch of honey from the estate's beehives for a sweet note. At the inn, you will find the typical atmosphere of the German Biergarten where you can taste the famous hop speciality of the house in a friendly atmosphere and have a meal.
