Valmy's beer brings back the past of the Champagne-Ardenne breweries. Three farmers have given themselves to this creation which was created in 1999. Top fermentation, no filtration, no pasteurization, this is what gives this beer its unique flavour. The range, organic since 2015, is composed of a well-balanced blonde, perfect to accompany pig's trotters, an Indian Pale Ale combining strength and bitterness, a powerful amber and finally a white with spicy and citrus fruit aromas, fruity and refreshing, perfect for summer!

Here, we have a taste for good things and each beer is served with a cheese specially made by the brewery: a sheep's cheese matured for a long time in brown Orgemont. The brewery is committed to producing an environmentally friendly beer with the most neutral carbon footprint possible. The range is composed of a round and fruity blonde with a fine head, a brown amber-coloured beer, which combines strength and bitterness and a triple in the tradition of abbey beers, with a spicy aroma...
