Valmy's beer brings back the past of the Champagne-Ardenne breweries. Three farmers have given themselves to this creation which was created in 1999. Top fermentation, no filtration, no pasteurization, this is what gives this beer its unique flavour. The range, organic since 2015, is composed of a well-balanced blonde, perfect to accompany pig's trotters, an Indian Pale Ale combining strength and bitterness, a powerful amber and finally a white with spicy and citrus fruit aromas, fruity and refreshing, perfect for summer!
