No visit to Sainte-Ménehould is complete without a taste of pig's trotters. At the À mon idée restaurant, you can try the classic version or carpaccio with gribiche vinaigrette. The à la carte menu features traditional classics such as calf's head with gribiche sauce, braised sweetbreads and beef tartare. The restaurant also serves burgers, and on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings, enjoy a wood-fired pizza with a wide choice of toppings, not forgetting the very local Sainte-Ménehould with pigs' feet!

Wir haben auf der Rückreise hier zu Mittag gegessen. Das Mittagsmenue war vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Die Terrine war super lecker. Der Tête de Veau ist mit dem vielen Fett nicht jedermanns Geschmack, war aber gut zubereitet. Die Ille Flottante ein süße Traum. Alles Gute und solide Hausmannskost zu gutem Preis. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Restaurant simple comme on aime en trouver en province, service parfait et rapide, cuisine maison du jour bien préparée et savoureuse. Très bonne étape pendant notre voyage à 2 pas de l’autoroute.
