In this house, everything starts with the great-grandfather Edmond who chose to become a wine handler in the 1920s. The vineyard of 7.60 ha is cultivated using sustainable methods, with 30% pinot noir, 40% meunier and 30% chardonnay. The "Sublime" cuvée is a brut without year, made of 30% pinot noir, 30% pinot meunier, 15% chardonnay and 25% reserve wines. The "Cuvée du Fondateur" is a blend of 70% chardonnay and 30% reserve wines, champagnes that the specialized press is talking about!

A warm welcome for this family farm in the heart of Champagne.Entre tradition and modernity, with vintage structured well-prepared, we enjoy ourselves.
Favourite À La Carte, But classic champagne composed of 3 varieties and white year of very rare white 2008 in mountain of Reims.
