Chambre belle, spacieuse, bien équipée. Le lit confortable.

The hotel staff were pleasant enough and the location is great. The rooms seem nice enough. However, we woke up in the middle of the night to a loud dripping. A brown substance was leaking from the ceiling, covering the toilet and floor. Bits of plaster were also dropping down. After wiping up some of the mess, I alerted the hotel staff who provided more towels and a roll of toilet paper to wipe it down again in the morning. The toilet was only usable after a wipe down and holding a towel over your head and being quick about your business.
Hotel staff only offered €30 off, which we indicated was unsatisfactory...so they bumped off €50. That still seems cheap for a "higher end" hotel to offer when a mystery liquid is raining from the room lavatory. Very disappointed. I would not stay again or recommend to others based on our experience.

Hôtel magnifique, les chambres sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût , spacieuses et très confortables.
L’accueil très agréable , emplacement idéal pour découvrir Reims.

位置绝佳，就在步行街边上，里大教堂皇家广场步行五分钟，有私人停车场（需要提前预约），前台服务也很热情。房间中规中矩，干净整洁，设施齐全，提供拖鞋。不过窗外景色一般。
