Don't miss the nominettes, fresh pasta from the Champagne region, with rainbow trout from Vendresse, gratinated with chaource or white truffle cream and Ardennes tomme. As for the burgers, the number one rule is no ketchup. We love the petit Rémois with its home-made bun deliciously topped with chaource from Mussy, Reims ham and honey mustard, a real treat!
