Embark on the spice route for a culinary excursion between India and Pakistan. With a passion and know-how handed down from his father, founder of the first Indian restaurant in Reims, the Taj Mahaj chef takes you on a voyage of discovery of oriental flavors, with a change of scenery guaranteed! On the menu: vegetable fritters and samoussa with a sweet tamarind sauce, vegetable curries and lentil dal for vegetarians, and spicy meats and fish: lamb tikka masala, chicken vindalou, beef korma, fish madras. Accompanied by a rose lassi, it's almost like being in the sunny Orient.
