Everything here is homemade with fresh ingredients: from the classics - chicken tikka massala and lamb vindaloo - to biryani, a traditional dish made with vegetables, rice and simmered spices, not to mention the chef's specialty, bharta, a succulent aubergine caviar with spices. Quelle belle surprise hier soir de découvrir que ce restaurant a enfin réouvert. Lieu impécable et chaleureux, personnel souriant et accueillant et la nourriture parfaite, je me suis juste régalé. On reviendra.
