La Médina takes you on a journey to the Maghreb through a beautiful menu of oriental gastronomy specialities: traditional couscous with all kinds of meats, delicious tajines with sunny flavours, chicken with preserved lemons, lamb with honey and almonds, fish with oriental spices...., without forgetting the specialities of the house: the omelette with vegetables and merguez, Tchatchouka, the spicy beef hash, kefta machwiya and the inevitable bricks, hmis and chorba, accompanied by a bottle of Boulaouane or Sidi Brahim. And to complete the tasting, what better way than to finish with a plate of pastries!
