A new address that will melt cheese lovers' hearts! You're probably already familiar with the Savoyard restaurant Le Chamois; proud of its success, Arnaud L'Hermitte and Cédric Bertaux are embarking on a new cheese adventure dedicated to Auvergne cuisine! On the menu, of course, you'll find the restaurant's flagship product: aligot, a gourmet tomme mashed potato that accompanies every dish. Tripoux d'Auvergne, truffade au jambon de pays, salade et feuilleté au bleu and even a steak de lentilles auvergnates (Auvergne lentil steak): a fine panorama of the region's best specialties, finished off with a homemade digestif.

De bon produits, simple mais sublimé.
Un moment très agréable avec une jolies variété de choix et donc de prix, il y en a pour tous les goûts compte tenu de la fraîcheur des produits.
La serveuse juste au top. Entre son look, son franc parlé, son naturel, sa générosité (tarte flambée au rhum mon estomac sans souvient encore) et ses conseils, nous avons bien rigolés. Surtout ne changez pas !
