No need to go far, at the gates of the city center, this nice brasserie offers you to taste the best specialities of the department, without moving from your chair. We start the tasting with the plate of Ardennes delicatessen and the not less famous white blood sausage of Rethel, then we go to the Arden Burger in its "ogre" version. Did you like it? Head for the Champagne region to discover the pink lentil salad, the homemade foie gras and its champagne jelly and the grilled andouillette from Troyes with champagne sauce. You will see, there are only good things in the region!

Aucune flexibilité et service médiocre suite à notre demande. On nous a proposé un morceau de viande sans sause et sans légumes.
Très dommage, car cadre sympathique et repas certainement pas mauvais, mais il se pose la question ce qui est fait sur place?!
