On rue Colbert, in Reims, there is a store that proudly displays its collection of knives: pocket, kitchen, folding or fixed knives and has a special section for the famous Japanese knives. Un coup de cœur pour Nashiji de Tadafusa & Coutellerie Bourly - Santoku 16,5 cm c est mon deuxième car je voulais avoir le même plaisir de coupe chez moi que dans mon restaurant .
