Read moreFor 4 generations, this family-run, HVE-certified operation has worked its 11 ha of vines with respect for the environment. The vast majority of production is concentrated on the Valley's emblematic grape variety: meunier. The House pays great attention to the elaboration of its champagnes, notably by extending cellar ageing times, but also by minimizing dosage. Our favorite is the Cuvée Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature with its clay minerality.
