In this old train station, the steam locomotives have given way to a farandole of steaming pots and pans where chef Geoffrey Bémont's delicious dishes are simmering. On the menu, a farandole of local flavors that change with the seasons: maroilles puff pastry with hazelnuts, snails in red wine, quail fillets with peaches and ratafia, market fish with Champagne lentils...
