In a charming timber-framed house typical of the Champagne region, here is a crêperie restaurant with a calm and green setting. On the tasting side, you should succumb to the duck breast with mirabelle plum or to the real andouillette of Troyes with chaource, without forgetting the strawberry and raspberry pavlova. Once satisfied, you can visit the honey factory to discover the whole manufacturing process and fill up on honey. We particularly recommend the mead, the honey-caramel lollipops and the bag of honey marshmallows.

Cadre très agréable, service impeccable, cuisine délicieuse, le chien gentiment accepté et accueilli, d'excellents produits à base de miel et une adorable petite exposition sur les abeilles. Nous y reviendrons!

Nous adorons ce lieu. Le personnel est très agréable et très à l'écoute des clients. Les plats sont tous délicieux les uns comme les autres. C'est un lieu où nous avons l'habitude de nous rendre pour être sûrs de passer un super moment. Je le recommande.

Si vous êtes de passage ou bien dans la région La Grange est une valeur sûre. Néanmoins, pensez à réserver.
Un rapport qualité prix très bon, surtout du côté des menus proposés.
Le personnel est très agréable, c'est toujours un plaisir de venir y manger !
