This house that has existed for more than 50 years was a postal relay two centuries ago. Joëlle Rodier, who is responsible for the visit, tells the story and leads to the gré in stainless steel, then in very beautiful cellars carved in chalk. Here three generations work together: the grandfather, Jean, who founded the house, his sons Raymond and Dominique and the grandson Alexander. They produce 200 000 bottles. This commented visit is followed by a comparative tasting: The "Cuvée of Reserve" assembles 75% of Pinot meunier and 25% of Chardonnay, the "Chardonnay d'Or" is the result of an assemblage of a single grape, the Cru grand cru millésimé is a wine of prestige 100% chardonnay resulting from the municipality of Cramant, great cru. This vintage is developed in limited quantities during large years. It is presented in a gravé and numbered bottle.
