Mercier offers one of the finest tours of champagne cellars. You'll travel part of the 18 km of cellars in a small train, and then climb back up in a panoramic elevator. After the audio tour, it's time for a tasting! Depending on the package you choose, you'll discover several cuvées: Mercier Brut, Brut Rosé, Blanc de Noirs and Réserve, not forgetting the 2003, 2007 and 2010 vintages. An experience between tradition and modernity for families with young children. It's never too early to experience the magic of Champagne!

Open Saturdays and Sundays (tours in French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese and Russian via audio guides). Vintages 2002, 2006 and 2010 sold exclusively at the boutique. Delivery available in mainland France. Tours start at 25 euros per adult / 12 euros for 10 - 17 year-olds). Under 10s free. Online booking recommended.

Uitleg jammergenoeg summier; nauwelijks uitleg hoe de champagne gemaakt wordt.
Er staan niet echt veel flessen in het enorme kelder complex.....roept de vraag op waar de voorraad zich wel bevindt......of is de voorraad 2024 praktisch op?
Keuring van twee soorten champagne na de tour leuk. Daarbij wel goede uitleg.
Het houten vat uit 1886 indrukwekkend; 200.000 flessen qua inhoud.
We were greeted by Sienna on reception, her Engish was great and after getting us some drinks gave us the background of the Mercier house, super knowledgeable and friendly. Bought some Mercier to take away as a result.
Well worth a visit.
