A very interesting visit in the cellars of the Castellane house. We learn much about the production of champagne, these different varieties. Our guide was very friendly and very well tells it was a real pleasure. A tasting at the end of the visit.

Le visite de la cave de Champagne de Castellane est très intéressante notamment grâce au guide qui a pu nous faire vivre cette visite, on descend dans les caves, on y apprend pas mal de choses sur l'évolution des techniques liées au champagne. J'ai aussi trouvé que le guide était très objectif dans son approche.
Il y a une dégustation à la fin d'une coupe de champagne brut
La montée de la tour est assez longue et l'on y découvre des photos et autres objets tout du long. Néanmoins elle peut se révéler fatiguante pour des personnes un peu âgées.

La visie des caves est vraiment très agréable et la guide a été complète et souriante! On a appris énormement ! Un vrai plaisir !
Le petit musée expose des objets des temps passés et modernes. C'est interessant.
En revanche, la montée de la tour est fort fatiguante et ne propose malheureusement pas une vue à la hauteur de l'effort
