Bistro serving a burger, classic bistronomy dishes, charcuterie, cheese and fish platters

Burgers, wine and champagne! Building on the success of Sacré Burger in Reims, Victor and Constant have opened their bistro in the capital of Champagne. Here, the focus is on fresh produce and inspired combinations, such as tuna tataki, sublimated by eggplant caviar and bright notes of lemon caviar. As for the main course, for fans of revisited classics, the Sacré Burger is the house reference, generous, tasty and always perfectly executed. A cuisine full of character and a very attractive wine list!

Service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our very limited ability to speak French was not a problem. The burgers were great - the steak not so much. Good choices for drinks.

Pas de gourmandise pour l apero malgré une bouteille de champagne commandée...dommage !!

Propreté limite mais bel accueil....et bonne table avec des produits de qualité.
