Food is nicely cooked and presented, however, it is overpriced for what it is. Some dishes did not make sense and portions are small. Time between courses was way too long even though the place was not full. It feels like there was just one person in the kitchen and one waiter.

Food perfection! Outside you are fooled by the unpretentious entrence. But chef at Symbiose cooks into perfection. Have been to many Michelin star restaurants but this one is equal or above most of them food vice. Great taste kombinations with soft and crispy texture in the same bite. All five dishes was excellent and wine list very good. We hope to come back soon. Only improvement would be to hire one more waiter to speed up the lovely experience somewhat. The money we spent was a bargain compared to the quality we received. Merci beaucoup!
