Located in Cormoyeux, these harvesters and handlers have been developing their terroir for 3 generations. Their philosophy? The constant search for the natural balance from the vine to the effervescence. With them, humans work in close collaboration with nature. 5 wines with very original names are to be discovered as well as a ratafia, a white coteaux and a red coteaux. We are sure to fall in love with Oriane, a luminous wine with a dominant chardonnay. Divine with a mesclun salad with sesame oil, fresh goat cheese and pine nuts. You'll see!

Winegrowers since 1948, Pierre and Jacky now run the estate. The 8.5-hectare vineyard extends over 3 communes and is cultivated using sustainable methods. Among the 9 wines in the range, our favorite is the 100% chardonnay, single-vineyard cuvée Les Grimprés 1955, a champagne for connoisseurs. This champagne will enhance your seafood platters! The Domaine has also opened a gîte, the "Vert Cottage", a peaceful haven of character covered in Virginia creeper, where life is good.

This estate, founded in 1926, cultivates a dozen hectares of vines and each year produces champagnes of character whose atypical style knows how to charm amateurs. The Cuvée Brut Grande Réserve is a blend of meunier (65%), pinot noir (20%) and chardonnay (15%). Aged for 3 years in the cellar and supplemented with reserve wines, this champagne is distinguished by its subtlety, its elegant stone fruit aromas and its soft and round mouth. A beautiful champagne that can be drunk as an aperitif or at the beginning of a meal, depending on your taste.
