Munificence is a champagne bar located in Chouilly. It welcomes you in a cosy setting for an unforgettable experience. Here, you'll discover the fruits of the painstaking labor of 23 winegrowers from this small village, endowed with unique know-how and exceptional champagne treasures. The house offers 67 cuvées, from traditional blends to Blanc de Blancs and delicious Blancs de Noirs. Mono-parcellaires and rare Millésimes are also available. Every week, the winery offers a fine selection to discover by the glass. To accompany your tasting, Munificence also offers aperitif boards, terrines and chips from the region. The à la carte menu also features a fine selection of jars for eating, along with a gourmet cold salad and rice pudding for a complete, tasty meal. In fine weather, you can enjoy your food and champagnes on the house's pleasant terrace. At Munificence, every visit is a unique moment, celebrating the richness of the terroir.
