Pauline and Maxime Cousin welcome you to La Garenne. The butchery tradition is a family passion passed down from father to son. In fact, Maxime's father André, an artisan butcher for over 30 years, is in charge of meat selection. On the menu are fine cuts of meat, which can also be found in their butcher's shop, La Garenne Gourmet, as well as market-fresh fish with a touch of the exotic: sweet potato, kale and pak choï, the touch of originality that makes all the difference.
