The Baraque at Frites, the specialist in products ch 'tis and Belgian: inevitably, in Châlons, it surprised the premises a little. But this culinary originality is savvy because it reinvigorates the city center (which is struggling to renew itself) in a culinary way. Because yes, it may look like fast food chips for many people, but it's not. We are here in the quality fried, competition, the one that makes the buds vibrate, is not (too) fat and smells really good. The flagship product that will forget their quick-frozen counterparts from fast foods! The place is small and a classic, but it doesn't matter: We really come here for the fries more than for the decay! Delicious, delicious fries and sauces of all kinds. The sign also moves to the Châlons Fair, which allows it to reach a clientele of passageways and lovers of this kind of meal "on the thumb." We recommend the Belgian tacos (antinomic but delicious), the Ardennaise skewer, the maroilles (attention if you talk to someone just after…) and the American net (with a beef tartare to get damp). The burgers are quite rich. In short, fast food as we would like to see more often!
