Certified HVE, VDC, vegan and in organic conversion, the vineyard of Paul-Vincent Ariston extends today on 12 ha. The House markets wines named after one of the family's ancestors: Aspasie. The wines express the rich and atypical character of their terroirs of origin. In the range, we particularly appreciated the Brut Réserve, a powerful and well-balanced champagne and the Brut Blanc de Blancs with aromas of hazelnuts and white flowers, which can be tasted with a fresh salmon tartar and smoked salmon! It's magical!

Opening time and information on CHAMPAGNE ASPASIE
Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm. Visits at 10.30am and 2pm (2.30pm Saturday) by appointment, depending on availabilities. Guided tour and tasting: €10 per person.
Owner's Message
Heir to a long line of Champagne winemakers, Remi Ariston took over the management of the company in 1964. Today, with his son Paul-Vincent, he perpetuates two centuries of winegrowing tradition at Brouillet, as attested by a notarized deed dated January 13, 1794.
For five generations, the family has cultivated the art of the vine and perpetuated a unique know-how, rich in experience, gestures and passions handed down day after day.
While the estate has evolved over time, borrowing elements of progress and dynamism from modernity, each of these contributions has been integrated with extreme vigilance and respect for the fundamental values of the House: the demand for quality and fidelity to tradition.
As a symbol of this continuity, the old Morgen press, which produced a hundred barrels of wine at the turn of the century, is still carefully preserved and bears witness to the family's deep roots in the Champagne region.
