The Édouard Brun house has a family vineyard of more than 8 hectares located in the Montagne de Reims, as well as in Aÿ and Mareuil, and composed of pinot noir, meunier and chardonnay blanc grapes. Since 1994, Mr. and Mrs. Delescot are assisted by their sons. The cellars of the house, several hundred years old, allow the champagne to age at a constant temperature.
