Maison Grilliat is located in the heart of Aÿ. Warm and welcoming, we invite you to come and visit our cellar, winery and, of course, our legendary vines. Here, you'll discover the techniques and know-how that have been passed down through four generations. The tour continues and ends with a tasting session. You'll discover the lively and delicate Carte d'Or, which will work wonders with fruity desserts. And don't forget the Millésime 2015 Grand Cru, which will impress you with salt-meadow lamb!

This place is better known as Villa Bissinger. The International Institute of Champagne Wines is a school where you can learn about the wines of Champagne. For the simple visitor: here you can discover temporary exhibitions in the basement or, on the theme of wine, the educational cellar which illustrates the terroir and its trades, whose geography is also explained. Several paying programs allow to discover the champagne.

Creator of exceptional bubbles.Artisan-winegrowers since 1905 on the land of Aÿ, one of Champagne's finest crus, Nadège & James Richard-Fliniaux today perpetuate with wisdom and passion the ancestral know-how handed down to them by Fernand Fliniaux, Nadège's grandfather. Production of Richard-Fliniaux champagnes is confidential. Five Grand Cru cuvées are produced in small batches (a few hundred bottles per wine).

The Gosset-Brabant family are true purists who work their wines according to the rules of the art, and prioritize qualitative excellence at every stage of the winemaking process. Today, Michel and Christian Gosset manage a 9.6-hectare vineyard planted with 65% pinot noir, 15% chardonnay and 20% meunier. Two cuvées in their range melted our hearts, starting with the Grande Réserve Brut and its notes of cooked peach and honey, followed by the Millésime 2002, which reveals a sublime aromatic bouquet of white flowers and lemongrass.

Here, the creation of Champagne wines has followed in the footsteps of the wine nursery business, a family tradition since the turn of the century. In this beautiful vineyard, care is always taken to select the best plants according to their genetic characteristics and the plots from which to appreciate the quality of the hand-picked grapes. For visits or purchases, the welcome is warm and friendly. The Rosé Grand Cru and the Millésime Grand Cru are surprisingly complex and full of charm.

Pierre and Marie-Paule Cheval-Gatinois, who represent the ^11th generation, will tell you all about their 7.5 ha, 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru vineyard. Here, the musts are vinified vine by vine and variety by variety. Disgorgement is still carried out the old-fashioned way, on the fly. After an hour's visit, we move into the reception room to discover the entire range. The wines are of the highest quality, especially their coteaux-champenois "Aÿ rouge", made with grapes from their two oldest plots.

Claude Giraud has a great imagination when it comes to sharing the history and spirit of champagne. Through Henri Giraud's estate, he invites you to discover the origins and techniques of champagne by visiting the cellars and taking part in a commented tasting of four emblematic cuvées from the house. The (AY) xperience package, on the other hand, allows you to taste 6 of the house's cuvées after a tour of the estate and its cellars, accompanied by refined delicacies during a "food and wine pairing" tasting workshop.

Today, the^3rd generation of winegrowers skillfully manage this beautiful 10-hectare vineyard in Mareuil, Avenay, Bergères-les-Vertus, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. All 3 traditional Champagne grape varieties are represented. After a friendly guided tour of the cellars and press, it's time for a tasting session. Our favorites are the Brut Millésime Blanc de blancs 2018 and the Brut Millésime 2012, two exceptional cuvées that are currently unavailable due to their overwhelming popularity!

In this family, we have been winegrowers from father to son for 3 generations. The vineyard of about fifteen hectares is worked with thought and common sense (VDC and HVE level 3). The House ships more than half of its production worldwide, which shows how its success is growing. The welcome at the House is always warm and allows you to discover the century-old cellars, dug under 25 meters of chalk, with a capacity of 3 million bottles that age for a minimum of 48 months. The House also has a very beautiful residence with 5 rooms.

The creation of this family house goes back to the 17th century, with today a vineyard of 13 ha. The vineyards are located on the hillsides of Damery, Hautvillers, Fleury-la-Rivière and especially Cumières, and have been worked under integrated pest management for over 15 years. The work, plot by plot, the vinification by small batch, in the old way, and wines which age for the most part in oak barrels. At the Geoffroy's, we like to work more particularly the red grape varieties, pinot noir and pinot meunier to elaborate champagnes of a rare quality.

A good house which knew how to exploit the very good soil of Aÿ while keeping a very old house tradition, the name of Lallier having been perpetuated during five generations. It is today Francis Tribaut who keeps this regional jewel alive with a range of great personality. The vintages use the best of the vineyard, pinots noirs on Aÿ and Verzenay, and chardonnays on Cramant and Avize. The range is divided into 3 collections: the Permanent collection, the Memory collection and the Icons collection, a Grand Cru work aged under cork.

The name Collet is synonymous with quality and union. This quality is reflected in the almost tailor-made cuvées, whether it is the Brut, the demi-sec, the Art Deco Brut, the extra-brut, the blanc de blancs, the rosé, the 2008 vintage or the Private Collection and in particular, in this one, the Brut Vintage 2008, an exceptional champagne, with a strong personality and all in lightness. This wine, aged for a minimum of 8 years, is a blend of 75% Chardonnay (for elegance and finesse) and 20% Pinot Noir (for structure and power).

One of the most famous champagne houses in the region, with a reputation that has remained intact and respected for decades. Vines on the beautiful terroirs of Aÿ or Avenay, a very famous terroir, that of Clos des Goisses, a house full of nobility in the world of prestigious champagne. Sustainable viticulture, traditional vinification with partial use of wood for the first fermentation and the maturing of the reserve wines. Among other jewels, the Clos des Goisses cuvée is one of the most memorable jewels of the house.

Located in Aÿ, one of the Montagne de Reims' most famous Grands Crus de Noirs, where many famous houses are based, this contemporary domaine produces champagnes full of elegance and freshness. We particularly like their Grand Cru Blanc de blancs. A lively, chiselled, complex wine. The chardonnay bouquet expresses itself perfectly, offering a deliciously tangy finish. Enjoy with fresh seafood!

The Bauchet family has been cultivating its 34-hectare vineyard, harvesting its grapes and crafting its champagne from father to son since 1920. 5 generations of artisan winemakers work with passion on a unique terroir full of diversity and uniqueness. The broad, rich mosaic of vines spread across the different crus of the appellation enables the Chardonnays and Pinots to produce a high-quality, authentic and elegant Champagne that expresses the personality of its terroir of excellence. Our favorite is the Cuvée Signature Premier Cru. Emotions guaranteed!

The House of Billecart-Salmont was born in 1818, with the union of François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon. Today, the fifth generation is in charge of this wonderful estate. They are balanced and fine champagnes whose reputation is well established. The Extra Brut is a superb wine. Its pale yellow color gives a glimpse of beautiful, fine and abundant bubbles. How can we not mention the Clos Saint-Hilaire cuvée, the pride of the house? A unique and confidential cuvée, the product of a plot of land and vines maintained since 1964.

Xavier Gonet and his wife Julie Medeville took over this estate in 2000, with its 12 ha of Premier Cru and Grand Cru vines. For over 20 years, the duo has been magnifying the terroirs of Champagne and Bordeaux. The house wines have frank characters and show good vinosity. Praised by the press, the Cuvée Blancs de Noirs exudes beautiful, fruity, gourmand and powerful aromas. Discover it with your guests as an aperitif!

Since 1998, it is Fabrice who brings a new breath to the family domain. With state-of-the-art techniques and sustainable viticulture, the 15-hectare vineyard is evolving without ever losing its identity, so dear to the family. This talented winemaker produces wines far from dogmas and trends. They are particularly fond of Grande Vallée, their emblematic wine, made with Extra-Brut and aged in French oak barrels and tuns. The Valnons are not to be outdone! This 100% Chardonnay Extra-Brut Millésimé, made on a pinot noir soil, perfectly reflects the audacity of its creator.

Since it was founded in 1910, Maison Hamm has passed down a unique savoir-faire from generation to generation, the subtle art of blending to produce exceptional, elegant and generous champagnes. Today, Brigitte, Michel and Claude carry on the family tradition, offering a range of 7 cuvées and one ratafia: Initiation and Équation, two Brut blend cuvées, Rosé Adéquation, La Preuve par Trois (Doux or Extra-Brut), made with 33% of each of the three Champagne grape varieties, Cuvée de Réserve Signature and Millésime 2012.

Founded in 1838 by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann in Aÿ, this prestigious Maison is today run by the same shareholder as Maison Roederer. The terroir, however, remains unchanged, and the vines planted there produce top-quality grapes every year for a top-of-the-range final result. Deutz Champagnes can be found in all the best wine shops in France, as well as on the finest tables around the world. Amour de Deutz Blanc de blancs 2011 is an ideal match for caviar or lobster.
