My wife and I spent a night in this lovely place, in this lovely small village of Champagne. 4 carefully decorated and spacious rooms made us feel special with a private accommodation and on-suite bathtub. The view on the garden and from the garden itself is priceless, combined with a beautiful weather, helped us have a very peaceful stay.
The friendly staff was attentive, guided us around and helped us make a reservation in on of the 2 nice restaurants of Ay, as well as for the interesting and informative contemporary Champagne museum Pressoria. Upon return, we had the opportunity to taste the very enjoyable Champagne and Ratafia selection.
The breakfast in the main living room was delicious with croissants, bread, fruits, yogurt, cold cut, cheese, fruit juice.
The spacious carpark was also an added advantage.

My recent stay at the Champagne Collery was an experience beyond my expectations.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who swiftly checked me in, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. There was a reception counter and the room next to it was a big living room that had a big couch and dining table – like my cozy living room, it had a soothing ambiance that immediately put me at ease.
The room that was assigned to me was spotlessly clean, and I love the design and space. Big bed with nice sheets and pillows. Spacious bathroom unlike those that I have stayed before in France.
Every staff that I encountered was professional, courteous and able to speak English. They also helped to book some nice restaurants nearby for our lunch and dinner.
The breakfast buffet provided was great too.
I also attended the champagne tasting, where I learned about the different types of champagne, and I absolutely loved them. As a result, I purchased some bottles to take home with me.
I definitely will come back again one day.

Have visited more than 50 houses of Champagne in my life, some have been small ones, some huge ones and some somewhere in between. The house of Collery is for sure in my top 3 - exceptional passion and talent, heart warming welcome, beautiful surroundings and even more beautiful what is in the bottles of those amazing Grand Cru´s. Wether you are experienced champagne lover, professional or making first steps to understand the world of Champagne - I will recommend the place highly to give it a visit and taste some of those amazingness.
