For four generations, wine has been a family affair in the Sacret family. Stéphanie and James Chevillet continue the tradition while innovating, welcoming guests to Domaine Sacret since 2014 in hushed rooms and large bathrooms stocked with beauty products. In the evening, the host will introduce you to three of his champagnes as well as slates of local specialties. A bar and billiards table are available, as are a sauna and whirlpool. Located close to Hautvillers, you'll want to visit this small village nestled among the Champagne vineyards.

Ein kleine, feine Unterkunft, mitten im Ort gelegen.Parkmöglichkeit im Hof deswegen sehr praktisch. Der Empfang ist freundlich und familiär, was auch durch die Lounge unterstützt wird, in der man gemütlich sitzen und etwas trinken kann.Dazu steht das Sortiment des Hauses zur freien Verfügung. Abgerechnet wird auf Vertauensbasis.Am Abend findet eine nette kleine Verkostung statt.Lauréne und Odiele kümmern sich sehr freundlich um alle Gäste.Unser Zimmer entsprach genau unserer Vorstellung. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en de goede zorgen. Zeer vriendelijke mensen, de kamer was heel erg schoon en ook erg ruim. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en alles was in veelvoud aanwezig.
De champagne proeverij hebben wij helaas gemist. Zelf maar een paar flessen aangeschaft, wat een straf????
Wij komen nog eens terug????

Beau concept de chambres d’hôtes. Petit couac lors de l’accueil que le propriétaire a tout fait pour effacer...C’est une belle image du sens du commerce et de l’accueil...le site est original et très calme.

Wonderful. A beautiful place. A fantastic room. I had exchanged e-mails prior to arrival and the responses were always: made quickly; helpful; and friendly. This was continued during our stay with both Laurene and Odile being friendly; helpful; and efficient. |The champagne tasting that is offered as part of the stay was really good too. They have an honesty bar. The breakfast was good too.|Faultless and highly recommended.

We were delighted by everything at Domaine Sacret. |The house is right in the centre of Aÿ but quiet with an interior courtyard to park in, which is great if you have a car full. |Every member of the team was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Laurène who suggested (and arranged) activities and organised taxis to Épernay.|The early evening tasting of the domaine’s own champagnes was informal and fun. |Highly recommended.
