You're probably already familiar with Le Vintage and its Wine Bar, whose menu features over 2,000 references of wines and champagnes. Now all you have to do is discover Nicolas Papavero's brand new store. Head for Bezannes and its dynamic Parc Affaires, a fast-growing area where the doors of this new boutique have opened. You'll find a fine selection of wines, 70% of which are organic or biodynamic, champagnes from local producers and a wide range of spirits. In their friendly Atelier di Pasta, Greg, Julie and Adrien take you on a trip to Italy to discover the best culinary specialities from the Alps. On the stalls, fine delicatessen, mortadella, proscuitto and salami are served with cheeses, parmesan, mozarella di buffala, flavoured risotto, fresh pasta, panettone, olive oil and local wine. Take a walk at lunchtime to taste the good dishes of the workshop, a plate of antipasti to share, a pumpkin cappuccino with bresaola, Bolognese lasagna from the house and to finish in apotheosis, some sweets: panna cotta, tiramisu and profiteroles: delizioso !
