After their shop Ce qu'il Faut Déguster, which showcases the best of Champagne gastronomy, Laure and Fabrice, as good epicureans, are embarking on a brand new adventure: an urban winery! Located in Betheny, Les Chais rémois revives the activity of the Docks by bringing the production of wine back to its place of consumption. Made from organic French grapes from local production, the Vin des chais is a wine for friends that is easy to enjoy and can be drunk on any occasion, available in red, white and rosé. You can find it locally, on the markets of Reims, at your wine shop or on the menu of the city's brasseries.
